3、柔性电路板可制成单面、双面和多层板。所采用的基材以聚酰亚胺覆铜板为主。此种材料耐热性高、尺寸稳定性好,与兼有机械保护和良好电气绝缘性能的覆盖膜通过压制而成最终产品。双面、多层印制线路板的表层和内层导体通过金属化实现内外层电路的电气连接。

How to test flexible circuit boards?

Test: Traditional flexible circuit board testing mostly uses a needle bed tester, the use of multiple probes at the same time to contact all the parts on the board to be measured line, and then through the program control to sequence, side by side as a way to measure the characteristics of these electronic parts, usually such a test of all parts on a flexible circuit board only takes about 1 minute, the more parts on the circuit board the longer the test time.

The use of a needle bed for flexible circuit testing also has some disadvantages: the minimum diameter of the probe is limited, some parts with too small a diameter are difficult to test with a needle bed, when the distance between test points is too small, the needle bed cannot be used, and the needle cannot be planted next to the tall part.

Flying needle test: Flying needle tester has obvious advantages in small and medium-sized batch circuit board test. First of all, flying needle testing is a cost-effective test method that does not require fixture costs. In addition, because the circuit alignment does not require alignment holes, no fixed devices are required, and smaller pads can be tested, which is superior to the needle bed in terms of test accuracy and coverage. In addition, the program debugging and configuration of the flying needle tester is very convenient, and circuits with resistance cores can also be tested.

Although the raw materials of flexible circuit boards are more expensive and the manufacturing process is complex, in recent years, the demand for flexible circuit boards has grown significantly, and I believe that with the progress of technology, the use of flexible circuit boards will be more extensive.
